We have an overview of the range of mental health care in Amsterdam. After we have received your application, we will contact you by email to schedule a telephone appointment. In it we discuss what you are looking for. We will then send you a list of options. Together we will see if the help fits your needs. We also ask about your loved ones and whether they have sufficient support.
Waiting time guidance
It is also possible that you want to remain on the waiting list or that we cannot find a suitable place. Then together we will look further at what you can do to bridge the waiting time. We have an overview of the offer. Examples are: online treatment via self-help modules and online communities, sports via an online program, conversations or meetings with experts by experience, yoga and other options. there is a large number of free options, some require payment. We will not send you off with a list, but together we will look at what might fit, also with a view to the treatment that follows.
